This is a summary of the New Jersey Abandoned Properties Rehabilitation Act. It is only a synopsis for your review, and to encourage you to further investigate this legislative tool if you have one or more blighted properties in your community and are frustrated by the inability to prod recalcitrant property owners to maintain them.
